About
Silverhorn is a community of acreage homes in Bearspaw, in Rocky View County, Alberta. Homes sit on lots of about two acres, surrounded by rolling hills, wetlands and open space.
There are around 30 homes today. About 50 more will be built over the next ten years.

We look after the shared parts of Silverhorn: the entrance, the green spaces, the stormwater ponds and the community roads. We also organise events and keep residents informed.
Silverhorn was designed without fences so that deer and other wildlife can move freely through the community. More than half of the land here is kept as natural open space.
Send your plans to the board before work starts. New homes, sheds, fences and large landscaping changes all need approval. Starting early avoids delays.
Notices are posted on this website. Important items are also sent by email. If you are not receiving emails, please contact the board.
Board members are residents who volunteer their time. They are elected each year at the Annual General Meeting.
